Prices listed on this carrd are only the minimum price and will be subjected to change depending on preferred platform and details of commission.◆ Artist reserves the right to accept/refuse service.

• Scam, harrassment, and any fradulent acts sent my way will be blocked or ignored.

TERMS OF USE
◆ GENERAL USE
• Both client and artist have the right to promote commissioned works, including work in progress and completed pieces, in all public platforms.• Clients may choose for a non-disclosure of details in chosen mode of inquiry. Charges may apply depending on the agreed upon use of the commission work.• Compensations or refunds will not be given for change of use once payments have been made and arrangements have been agreed upon.◆ PERSONAL USE
• Personal commissions shall NOT be used for profit by both artist and client.◆ COMMERCIAL USE
◇ Merchandising - min. +200% of total price
• Includes digital and/or physical merchandise intended for profit or to promote a brand.
• May suggest other arrangements.◇ Advertising / Content - min. +20% of total price
• NOT FOR MASS PRODUCTION. Commissioned work will solely be used for promotion, advertisement or content use. E.g. streaming, wallpaper, icons, promotional material, etc.◇ Non-Profit
Includes art for charity, donations, and similar use and are NOT to be sold elsewhere.
◆ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
• All rights reserved to the owners of the artworks, characters, concepts, and designs produced and shared during the commission.• Artist takes full credit and has license to promote all commissioned works for their services and portfolio only. Client owns the design/concepts but shall not claim or be credited to making the commissioned work.• A full transfer of ownership is negotiable with a minimum charge of 300% of total base price. For this arrangement, artist will no longer have the rights to use or promote said artwork in any way, including original ideas and concpets made specifically for the commission. This does not include credits to creating commissioned work.• ANY KIND OF COMMISSIONED WORK IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM BEING USED FOR AI TRAINING BEFORE, DURING, AND AFTER COMMISSION PERIOD.Whether partially or fully-owned, commissioned works made by the artist still have traces of their creative footprint, which they are not and will never be comfortable with to be used for AI training.While artist will not actively police anyone who breaks this rule outside of commission period and discussions, use of GenAI is a clear boundary for the artist and is not something they want to be associated with.
PAYMENTS

Payments already made during the commission will not be refunded, unless artist fails to deliver or show equal progress to payment.

Due to recent unfortunate incidents with social media, I will not accept transactions outside the mentioned platforms, unless you were a former client.For email requests, please include "Commission Request for (insert name)!" as subject head for legitimacy. Descriptions, stick drawings, collages, pictures, or any visuals that will help me translate your vision into an artwork is highly appreciated and preferred.References containing genAI will not be declined immediately, but I will less likely accept requests that include it and is grounds for further screening.◆ A price quote will be sent for confirmation.
Confirmation/reply is expected within 7 days after quote has been sent. Otherwise, it will automatically be forfeited.Constantly sending or cancelling requests without proper confirmation or communication may result to refusal of service or ban.◆ Pay in installments or in full.
Minimum 25%-50% downpayment is required to secure a slot.

TURNOVER
◆ Average turnaround time of 2-8 weeks
• Artist is not working on commissions full-time.
• Turnaround time will factor personal schedules, availability of slot, revisions and queue. It is advisable to access queue link first or ask artist for updates on availability and schedule.◆ Rush Commissions
At the moment, I only accept rush commissions for sketches (5 days)◆ Updates
• Clients will be updated at least 4 times during the work, including revisions in between.Regular Workflow:

》2nd sketch
》Lineart + base color,
》Final render.• Feel free to ask for updates anytime, as long as it is within a reasonable period.◆ Completion.
• All payments shall be settled before sending final commission files.
DISCOUNTS
◆ For returning clients
Entitled to 10-20% discounts on fully-rendered illustrations. Valid to claim within a year after delivery of last commission.Simply mention your client reference number found on your commission files. "Co## - Client name"◆ Multiple Orders.
• New or returning clients requesting for multiple commissions. New clients will need to pay at least 5% of overall price of each illustration. Cancellations and refunds will not be issued once payment is received.
• 3 illustrations for 10% off each.
• 6 or more illustrations or 15% off each.
